    Monday, October 23, 2017
    School pictures are in, you may pick them up in the office before school or after school, or at brunch or lunch. They will not be handed out during class. If you want retakes you must bring back the proofs by Monday at lunch. Retakes will be TODAY. If you would like to purchase your pictures the money and the forms are due Oct 25th.
    Seniors if you are interested in attending New Mexico Highlands or Luna Community College in Las Vegas, NM please see Connie in the office for information on their college night Oct 25, 2017.
    Seniors with a 3.5 GPA, a 23 composite score on the ACT, and work 240 hours a year, and have financial need as determined by the FAFSA are eligible for the Hagan Scholarship. This scholarship targets students that live in rural areas and can help students graduate from college debt free! Go to their website at: www.hsfmo.org for more information!
    All senior baby pictures, senior pictures, and quotes must be in to Mrs. Pape room 159 before December 1st.

    There will be a Power Team Assembly on Wednesday, October 25. We will be on a pm assembly.

    The Tiger Volleyball team is playing at Cobre tomorrow, October 24; game time is 5:00 pm.

    THE ACT test is Saturday, October 28th at 7:30am. If you have signed up for it you will need your ticket and a picture ID.
    Seniors that are interested in going into medicine can start their application now for the UNM BA/MD program on the UNM website: http://som.unm.edu/education/md/bamd/index.html. See the office for more details.
    FASFA Workshop will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 3:30-5:30 pm in computer lab 160. Parents and students will need to attend. Please see the office for a list of things you need to bring.
    Seniors College Connection night will be Monday, November 13 in the high school cafeteria.
    Tomorrow……………….Wear peace signs and/or tie dye. Peace Out to Drugs.
    Wednesday: Wear your favorite sports shirt or jersey. Team Up Against Drugs.
    Thursday: Wear a lei and/or Hawaiian clothes. Lei Off Drugs.
    Friday: Wear your school shirt or red white and blue. Our School Chooses to Be Drug Free!
    BRUNCH: FRENCH TOAST, HARD BOILED EGG, FRUIT, JUICE, 1% MILK
    LUNCH: CHICKEN SANDWICH, ROMAINE AND TOMATO, SLICED RED PEPPERS, APPLES, MILK
